Hi Magda,
It is not a bug on Unicode website. From what I can tell, Anirudh may be
having display problems, the matras are not being reordered properly.
I have looked at
http://www.unicode.org/unicode/standard/translations/hindi.html  with IE 6.0
and Devanagari MT for IBM font and it looks perfect to me.
