Not that I have found anyway (I haven't read all the hundreds of pages, just e-flipped though...). However, all three issues contain modified code charts for, in total, seven Indic scripts. Apparently they "prepare" to suggest several name changes (mainly VIRAMA to HALANT, but also others), as well as a few handfulls of new characters. Some of them duplicates of already existing characters, some of them precomposed versions of of already representable characters. Some really strange, like INVISIBLE LETTER. And the proposals are based on Unicode 3.0, not including the latest additions to some of the Indic scripts. That may still leave some justifiable new characters... Though they don't seem to be specifically pointed out in the "newsletters". /Kent K
