so that's a 99 shaped quote on the baseline to open and, and a 99 high up to close. seems very odd to use 99 high or low to open, not a 66. but if that's how it is, that's how it is.
Well, wait - I was looking at it with a sans-serif font. I think the right one should actually be a high-66.
