Through this technology you can have a static or dynamic web site written in any language that is based on Arabic script without worrying about the support of browsers at the client end. Zero installation at client and server side is the main feature of the technology. You can host it on any server that supports PHP. Just a few script files are uploaded like the content of the site at your server and there you go.
