Crystal Reports 9.0 does support Unicode, right from the database through to printing or exporting.
When you say SQL2000, do you mean Microsoft SQL Server 2000? What kind of database driver are you using to access the data - e.g. ODBC? Ole DB? Via Access? What is the data type of the column in the database? Was the report created in CR 9.0, or in an earlier version of CR?
