My error. Enter either the marks below first or the marks above first. It's equivalent and the display is supposed to be the same either way. There was a problem with the font here... The "inside out" rule on page 125 (TUS 4.0) shows above marks coming before below marks in Figure 5-7. Canonical ordering (TUS 4.0, p. 84) would reverse this. Best regards, James Kass
