In principle, all "holes" in the ranges U+1D434..U+1D49D, U+1D608..U+1D66F, U+1D6E2..U+1D755 and U+1D790..U+1D7C9 (those with italics style) correspond to already encoded "letter like" characters with italics style. These are... hm, only U+1D455 -- which points to U+210E : PLANCK CONSTANT (which name does not include a misused "script")... I'd expect U+212F : SCRIPT SMALL E, but is is refered at the non existent U+1D4BA, from the script block, not italics. -- ____.
