Is anyone aware of URLs that use extended Latin characters as examples?

http://ÅÃÅw.pl/

Interestingly, this one does work with Mozilla 1.7.3.

But the problem with http://www.ÉÉ.net/ is not in fact with the Mozilla browser, which does accept this address when pasted into the address window, but with the program which copies this URL from my incoming mail message, also in Mozilla, to the browser or to the clipboard. For some reason it successfully copies http://ÅÃÅw.pl/ but converts http://www.ÉÉ.net/ to http://www.%c9%99%c9%9b.net/.
