The French column is clearly containing a typo for the word "nord" in the compound (see also: nord-coréen, nord- américain). (And the adjective "arabien" was completely invented from an incorrect adaptation from English, without even looking in any dictionnary) And anyway this "codechange" page does not reflect the actual (and correct) name "nord-arabique" used in the main published lists.
