TUS 6.0 p 288 (p 320 of PDF) shows (around the middle of the page near the beginning of a line) a candrabindu which appears to be spacing and is placed to the above *and right* of a vowel sign AA.

IIUC the candrabindu is a non-spacing mark and should always be placed *above* the base.

Is it that the users of the Bengali [== Assamese ;)] expect the candrabindu to be written this way or should the positioning of the candrabindu in TUS be corrected?

I request feedback from Bengali script users who are on either list.
