Send mail to unicode-requ...@sarasvati.unicode.org with "unsubscribe" as the subject line from the address that is subscribed to the list. You'll typically find this information in the headers of mails you get from the list "List-unsubscribe: <mailto:unicode-request@..."; in this case.
