As do even cheap Nokia phones that came out recently. The X1-01 and X2-02 being two examples (that I have used). BTW my Sony Xperia Neo V updated to ICS is able to display the rupee sign but does not give it a key in its "International Keyboard". -- Shriramana Sharma
