FWIW, I worked with an expert in Greek paleography last year who insisted
that the ano teleia (U+0387) in an array of various Unicode-compliant OTFs
I showed him were invariably placed too high relative to other letters.
(The book we were working on uses Minion Pro.) He felt strongly (in a
polite, nice way) that it should sit at or just slightly below x-height.
