Thank you. Are the URLs guaranteed to be stable? For instance, I started to use references to such documents in the Wikipedia, e.g.: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/At-Zeichen#Verwendung Such use is dependent on the stability of the links to the documents. - Karl
