Instead of "REAL" I suggest "ATTACHED" which is more descriptive and matches the term used when describing the combining classes. Also I suggest an informative note saying that the existing characters with cedillas may be alternatively named "WITH COMMA BELOW" saying that their representation with the unattached glyph is also valid (and for other languages using these characters, this dictinction of glyphs is not really important, so the best representative glyphs should use a detached comma below, independantly of the normative character names).
