No. the question being sked (by James Lin) did NOT include this restriction: > "does anyone has the best practice or guideline on how to validate none-ASCII email address by using regular expression?" In his 2 replies, he did not added this restriction to EAI only (which is just a possible option on the Internet, not mandatory and frequently not followed in many domains).
