From the standpoint of the ordinary user, adding fonts to iOS is pretty simple, 
as since iOS 7 there are apps that let you do it for anything you can download 
or get via email.  Of course that is no guarantee that a particular font will 
work perfectly, and there's also no way to get a downloaded font to substitute 
for the iOS default font in the many apps where the user is not given any way 
to choose fonts.
