Martin Hoksen has put together a reference model in Python at https://github.com/keymanapp/ldml-keyboards-dev , and it seems highly likely that the model is consistent with the 'specification'. I get the strong feeling that the new sections of LDML Part 7 are an inadequate description of this model. I don't think the model will run with Python Version 2.7. Richard.
