Not having Windows handy, can someone tell me if Unicon handles
file path names in an OS-independent manner?
In particular:
(1) Will open("/a/b/c") work on Windows Unicon?
(2) Will open("\\a\\b\\c") work on Unix Unicon?
(3) Will open("\\a\\b/c") work on both?
