Jonathan,

There are apparently several means of entering foreign characters
on Windows keyboards, the most famous of which is pressing ALT and
then a four digit keycode.  See http://www.starr.net/is/type/kbh.html

However, I haven't checked which of these methods, if any, work well
in Unicon textboxes.  Perhaps others can report their experience, or
you can try it yourself and report to us what works and what doesn't.
