One thing which might help is the documentation which can be auto-generated 
from the source code.  The following is a link to a set generated from the 
current code in cvs, which should be very near to the v11 beta distribution.

There are also quite a few demo/test programs in the directory 
uni/gui/guidemos of the source distribution (or cvs).
