Hi David,

Yes, I have seen this before, it is a packages problem, where package
dependencies necessitate files be compiled in a particular order, but
someone did not use unidep or otherwise write it into the makefile.
Since Windows Unicon binaries are built by me, it is my responsibility
to fix this and upload a binary distribution that is fixed, I'll try
to get to that soon. In the meantime, if you feel like rebuilding ui
from its sources, I can probably give you instructions on how to do it
yourself.
