Not sure what you mean here, but it's merely an issue of writing the 
program literal in Icon code. Windows supports / in paths, in fact this 
"feature" of Windows has been around from day 1 of MS-DOS 2.0, long 
before Windows was a twinkle in Bill Gates wallet.
