Bruce,
Jafar and I are working on a book that is a spiritual descendant of Program
Monitoring and Visualization, albeit not simply a new edition. The book
"Writing Virtual Environments for Software Visualization" is intended to
update the language-level description of Unicon's program monitoring
facilities, update the program visualization portion to 3D, and embed that
all within a shareable-over-the-internet virtual environment context.
