My system is running RHEL5 (kernel 2.6.18-8.el5), and I am trying to
patch the unionfs onto the kernel source.
1. When patching the unionfs-2.3.3_for_2.6.18.8.diff file, the patch
command generated three rej files (See patch.out).
I never succeeded in getting unionfs to compile on RHEL5 (I tried for a
week or so several months back). I ended up using Fedora Core 7 on the
machines we needed unionfs on.
Disclaimer: I'm not a kernel hacker. Someone who is might have better
success.
