I experience almost the same (using 2.3.3 on 2.6.25):

I was using 'clean-all' from the OpenVPN package
which basically also calls 'rm -rf somedir':

--8<--
smartbox easy-rsa # ./clean-all
rm: FATAL: failed to close directory `/etc/openvpn/ca/keys': Invalid argument
./clean-all: line 16: 1941 Segmentation fault mkdir "$KEY_DIR"
--8<--

Here's what I was able to save from the oops:
--8<--
Oops: 0002 [#1]
