It's really more of an entry point than a job itself. It'd be better if
you used upstart-app-launch and upstart-app-stop.

Title:
  Command "stop application APP_ID=.." does not work

Status in Upstart Application Launcher:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I can launch an app with:

  $ start application APP_ID=calculator

  but if I try to stop that app with the obvious:

  $ stop application APP_ID=calculator

  it fails with this error:

     stop: Unknown instance:

  For symmetry alone, would be nice if this just worked.
