Bug description:
Build failure in the QA Lab concerning not being able to find vala files:
cp: cannot stat `debian/tmp/usr/share/vala/vapi/Dbusmenu-0.4.vapi': No such
file or directory
Will attach a log; upping the importance of this so as we'd like get
this build going, assigning to Lars per his request.
