You have been subscribed to a public bug:
I Had to update my machine time (the date was correct though) manually
because it was 3 hours off. After changing to "manual" in the "Date and
Time" pug and setting the correct one, the time in WingPanel didn't show
the correct one for a few seconds.
It would be great to notice this change inmediately, because I wasn't
shure the change was applied.
