Why is this assigned to me? Do we know if the tests are still not being
run or if I need to make changes to the build for this somehow?

Bug description:
Have just discovered that our pbuilder build in Jenkins isn't running
the tests, need to fix in order to report concurrent improvements in
coverage :) .
