Double clicking the Circle makes the hidden app bar (left) try to come
out.

Ubuntu 15.04
Version : 20150611.3
While double clicking the circle, the app bar on the left (hidden)
tries to come out.. Its irritating b'coz if i have 10 notifications in
my circle and I want to quickly look at them, then 10 times that bar
will slightly appear and disappear.
