Bug description:
If I minimize some programmes (e.g. licq, kradio4) as tray icons into the
indicator, the icons appear correctly but there are only empty menus (left or
right clicked). Thus it is impossible to reopen the main windows of these
programms by clicking on the tray icons or to use any of the regular menu
entries. This happens in Ubuntu 11.10 and 12.04, in 11.04 the icon menues
worked correctly.
