Bug description:
To reproduce:
1. Click the search button on a scopes page to bring up the keyboard.
2. Drag down any indicator gradually, and observe that no elements appear
in the indicator until dragged halfway down the screen.
3. Dismiss the keyboard and observe the indicators display correctly.
Not really sure what project this should actually be registered to, as
it affects all indicators.
