The brown swings with the leg openings seem to be the repeated targets of recent vandalism.  I was told that sometime this week, between noon and 3 pm, another one appeared to have been cut.  The Recreation Dept came today to remove it, presumably to replace it, but I am concerned that we may not continue to get such prompt response if this becomes an ongoing problem.  It would be helpful if folks pay attention to the playground.  If you see kids who are obviously too old to be on the tiny tot swings consider talking to them, or call the University City District 215-243-0555.-Thanks Get more from the Web.
