If the guards let them in, who called the police? Also a few points to remember:
- UPENN is a private institution, not a public one. No one but staff, students and faculty are allowed to use its facilitites. Just because it's big, and has a lot of facilitites all around WPhilly dosen't mean we all have a inalienable right to use parts of it as _we_ see fit.
