A friend of mine found a black male dog last night at 47th & Baltimore. A neighbor said she has been putting water out for the dog for the last two weeks so he may have been lost/abandonded for a while.
(She has already contacted the owners of "Mindy" who put up "Lost Black Dog" posters around the neighborhood. It is not their dog.)
