We used Mr. El (pronounced "Eel") roofing, they're local (40th & Market, 215-387-4680) and a family business; they were recommended to us by a neighbor. No problems so far (going on two years). Aluminum coating, removed old roofing (clean job) and replaced. Did flat roof, catwalks, porch roof, and they were honest and nice. They claim this roofing could last up to 15 years if we have them redo the aluminum coating every 5 years. He's done a large number of houses in our neighborhood in the past; I think his experience may be helpful.
FWIW the previous owners claimed to have "fixed" a horrible leak in the roof; after the first rainstorm in our new house we discovered the source of the leak hadn't been fixed (properly, if at all). Mr. El found and fixed the leak correctly.
