These events are organized by the Chaplain's office at Penn:

Interfaith Gathering in Response to War in Iraq
Date:       Tuesday, March 18
Location: Bodek Lounge, Houston Hall
Time:       4 p.m.
This gathering will feature four Penn religious communities leaders.  Each
will offer five minute reflections on how we might respond to the war:
being at war or on the brink of war. "How do we hold it together,
individually and collectively, during this time.

Community Gathering for Reflections
Date:        Wednesday, March 19
Location:  Hall of Flags, Houston Hall
Time:        4 p.m.
All are invited to attend this community gathering, modeled on the Quaker
form of gathering called "creative listening."  We will listen to each
other as thoughts are shared with us out of the silence.  This will be a
facilitated gathering intended to allow individuals to express their
feelings and thoughts about the war in a non-debate, non-combative,
respectful atmosphere.
