They have Personal Trainers.

They couldn't say if any of their trainers had a medical background but they did say that they have you fill out a medical questionnaire and they research the latest physical therapies for medical conditions. You can talk to a trainer before you hire them. And they said that they are a "no pressure" gym - "opposite of Bally's" "no one will harass you while you are working out to hire them as a trainer."
Sounds like it's worth popping in for a visit. Hope this helps anyone else trying to get up the motivation to go.
