Haven’t they already done that? I know I saw the Murphy house on the corner of 48th and Windsor spliced with Joan’s house on Springfield. I noticed it because those houses are not next to each other and I found it odd.
Also, the school where Marcellus’ son goes is De Sales on 47th St.
