Tonight is the State of the Union address.
Does anyone know if Kerry has a longer pedigree than Bush? According to election lore, that candidate who has the longer pedigree (no jokes, according to Burke's Peerage) always wins. It has always been true for every election, as far as I know. I don't want to tease myself with the possibility of something that may not happen, i.e., Bush's opponent, whoever he is winning.
