Well by that insane logic than how about all the straight people that are murdered or beaten in the city ????
Can we assume they were killed or mugged because they were staright or did the killer leave a business card saying this freak was killed because they had a sex change operation ?

It doesn't say this was orchestrated by the Police chief either. I don't watch hack and I suspect few people do.
That reminds me, does anybody watch the cold case show about murders that were solved 30 years after the fact ?
This is a really stupid premise in my opinion. Is anybody in their right mind happy when killers are caught and prosecuted 30 years after the fact ?
If you can't get get a case prosecuted in a reasonable amount of time, don't even bother.

Gay and transgendered people do get murdered in Philly. Who the perpetrator of
the last one is is anyone's guess, but she was last seen getting into a police
