Anderson Exterminating, 215-877-4531 is a local (Mantua) business involving two generations of the same family. The two young gentlemen who come out on appointments are extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Urban & Bye has used them for years, and so have other local Realtors. The guys at Anderson won't find termites where there aren't any, just so they can charge you for unnecessary work, and they also won't miss termites if they are there! It's a pleasure to recommend them!
