Why not make a deal with one of the local tow companies.  I know up by me
(in Powelton Village), anywhere there is a garage or driveway, there are
signs from one if the two places threatening to be towed.  I've seen the
owners call the tow companies and they come right over.  I think the tow
companies are happy to do it as it doesn't cost them anything and they can
only make money off it!
