I have two other recommendation requests to add to all the others:
Anyone have recommendations for someone/people to obtain and install a fence? Neighbors of ours used someone who will no longer take on jobs in Philly. Hmm.
And how about some good homeowners insurance/agent? I think we've finally cleared our washout period following our somewhat financially lucrative but insurance damaging run in with a possibly overzealous public adjustor. This has kept us from being able to refinance. Thank goodness rates are still pretty low.
Names of people to avoid would be welcomed as well.
