That article cites a number of other possible reasons for the closing--you certainly were careful to pick and choose.
If I remember correctly (and I may not), didn't they say that Shula's 2 couldn't turn a profit because of the demands of the Union employees and that's why it closed? (Remember as in when it closed, not this article).
