Dear friends and neighbors,
I am circulating a petition to get rid of all the infernal engine combustion automobiles on Cedar Avenue between 48th and 46th Streets. Not only am I exposed to noise and forced to breathe fumes, carcinogens and grease particles when I walk down the street, but those things KILL people instantaneously upon impact. Plus which they are destroying the atmosphere. Won't you help?
