They said no; that was too large for them to process as one district. So UCHS had no choice but to CONTINE - not shrink, but CONTINUE - with the size set back in 1987 - 17 years ago, Ray. You were on the board of UCHS through part of this process; I find it hard to believe you aren't more aware of the facts.
