Yes, I did this, and it didn't take that much time. The phone number given is to the HRC, which in turn will try to forward your call...if it is unsuccessful, it'll just tell you to try again. That wasn't good enough for me, so I emailed Arlen Specter at:   [EMAIL PROTECTED]   Then I got some auto-reply from his office. But the best way (and the way I contacted his office directly) was to just call his office at: 215-597-7200.
