as i was leaving this morning i could help but notice a large, very pregnant, black cat with no collar dead on my front steps; looks like she was hit by a car. as i was walking out the door at the time, i couldn't give her a funeral more solemn than picking her up and putting her in my trash can. that in itself is a sad thing, but i was even more heartbroken at another black cat, constantly mewing, which wouldn't leave her side.
http://www.asc.upenn.edu/usr/cassidy/pix/strays/misc/road.jpg i believe that with an aggressive trap, sterilize, and release program we could end this west philly stray nightmare in a year. and also free up some space in karen heenan's house. speaking of which, bear needs a home: http://www.asc.upenn.edu/usr/cassidy/pix/strays/bear/1.jpg kyle ---- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to the list named "UnivCity."
